I have a green pepper bush with lots of peppers. The plant is about 4 feet tall. Wj
Can you give instructions on when to pick them?
Thank you.
Hi Imogene, I love green pepper, red pepper all kinds of peppers and really like hot peppers.
From my own limited experience with growing green peppers, which were really easy to grow, is that they are ready when ever you feel you want to start eating them. When they look like a green pepper they’re ready.
With some of the green pepper plants we picked the peppers while they were quite small, just a few inches long. They were great in salads and stir frys and curries.
I am already dreaming about my 2012 vegetable garden.
